Canada CIBS Inc. is a Canadian company that has been legally appointed by public universities through city governments in China. We act as an exclusive overseas representative in seeking out reputable foreign institutes in order to initiate several educational projects. CIBS has connection with over one hundred Chinese institutions.

Our experience provides insight into North American and Chinese cultures. Chinese universities prefer to use our organization to seek out prospective partners and solicit contracts. Canada CIBS also has a translation system that ensures clear communication. Our North American office, which is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, hosts a team of employees working diligently on these projects. Several of our Asian offices are located in government buildings in the City of Tianjin, Province of Sichuan. Most of our directors of these offices are top government officials. CIBS also has well established connections with ten Chinese provinces including Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Hubei, and Tibet.
